  • How long does spray foam last?

Polyurethane foam has a substantial lifespan when properly maintained. While we cannot provide a specific guarantee, it typically lasts 10 to 50 years or more, depending on the quality of the product and environmental factors.

  • Does waterproofing increase the value of my home?

Indeed, waterproofing can enhance your home's value by providing protection against moisture-related damage and improving its overall condition.
  • Are there any maintenance tasks I should perform after waterproofing?

Once we complete the waterproofing process, minimal maintenance is typically required. Our solution is designed to be long-lasting and effective without the need for regular upkeep.
  • How long does a typical waterproofing project take to complete?

A polyurethane injection foam project usually takes a few hours to one day, depending on the scope and complexity. Small foundation cracks under 10 feet may be completed in two or three hours, while larger or multiple injection points can take four to eight hours. Slab lifting or void filling projects may require four to 12 hours, accounting for curing time. The foam expands and cures rapidly, but additional time may be needed for preparation and finishing work.

  • What types of surfaces can be lifted with polyurethane foam?

Polyurethane foam lifting is versatile and can be applied to various surfaces, including sidewalks, driveways, patios, garage floors, pool decks, warehouse floors, and certain roadways. Its adaptability makes it suitable for a wide range of concrete lifting applications.
